Student Organization Name Badge Order

Student Organizations should use the form at MU Engage to submit a request for name badges to the Organization Resource Group in the Office of Student Engagement. Payment for badges must be made to them.

This form should only be used by ORG staff to submit Badge orders to the Signshop.

The following approved badge styles for Student Organizations are available for order. Which variant of the three options received depends on Student Name length and Student Organization Name length.

Add and enter the information for each badge desired in the table below. Blank badges will be removed upon request submittal. Name can include first or first and last. Identifiers include Title, Department Name, Unit name or Program name. There is a maximum of two identifiers and a minimum of one showing the wearers relation to the University.
